| 释义 | 大法官廳 Originally, the court of equity presided over by the Lord Chancellor in England. Now it is one of the three divisions of the High Court of Justice in England. The functions of the Division include the administration of estates, partnership actions, actions relating to mortgages, portions, and charges on land and trusts. The Chancery Division replaced the Lord Chancellor after the Court of Chancery was merged with the High Court of Justice by the (UK) Judicature Act 1873.
