释义	押記人公司 A body corporate which gives security (a charge) over its assets, usually in return for a loan. The charge may be fixed over specific assets of the company or floating over the whole of the company’s undertaking as it exists from time to time. A company creating a charge is obliged to register details of the charge with the Company Registry: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 80. If more than one charge is given over the assets of the company, the legislation provides rules as to how priorities between the charges are to be established: s 79.
