| 释义 | 規劃 A term which implies a scheme for the future incorporating systematic draft lay-out plans for particular areas and permission area plans by the Town Planning Board under the direction of the Chief Executive: Town Planning Ordinance (Cap 131) s 3(1). The purpose of these plans is to promote the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the community in Hong Kong: s 3(1).
