| 释义 | 遞交 1. To deliver and place a document or thing into the possession of a person in relation to an official procedure. Lodgment requires a degree of physical acceptance by the person to whom the thing is given and is more than the mere placing or depositing of the object with that person. If sent by post, a document is not lodged unless and until it is received and accepted by the intended recipient. The recipient has discretion as to whether or not to effect the lodgment, if the document does not comply with internal guidelines or procedures prescribed for lodgment. 2. In relation to corporations, to lodge with the Registrar of Companies. A number of provisions require lodgment of documents. For example, documents related to application for a certificate of incorporation: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 19. See also Presentment. 1. 就有關某官方法律程序而言，指將某文件或某物件交付及安置予某人的管有之中。交存需要某人（即交付目標）一定程度的實質接受，而不止純粹地將該物件安置或存放於該人處。如以郵寄遞交，該文件在由預定收件人接收及接受前並不屬完成遞交。收件人有酌情決定權是否完成該項交存。如該文件不符合內部指引或訂明的交付程序，就算該文件已屬收件人的管有權或實質掌管。 2. 就有關法團而言，指向公司註冊處交付。例如：有關申請法團註冊證書的文件：《公司條例》(第32章)第19條。另見 Presentment。n. |
