| 释义 | 不動產業 At common law, it comprises all freehold lands, tenements and hereditaments, but not leasehold interests: Butler v Butler (1884) 28 Ch D 66. It also includes rights in land. ‘Real estate’ is a technical term and is generally to be construed in its technical sense: Butler v Butler, supra. In Hong Kong the term ‘real estate’ is used in various circumstances but this is a colloquial use of the term. It is more usually the term given to land held by way of leasehold under a Government lease: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 16, Land [230.0008].
