释义	謀殺 Unlawful homicide committed with ‘malice aforethought’, express or implied. The actus reus crucially involves the act causing the death of another person. The mens rea of murder, both in Hong Kong and in England and Wales, is confined to two alternatives: an intention to kill or an intention to cause grievous bodily harm: Lau Cheong & Anor v HKSAR [2002] 3 HKC 146. Constructive liability for murder on the basis of the felony-murder rule and of the rule on causing death in the course of resisting an officer of justice was abolished: Homicide Ordinance (Cap 339) s 2.
