释义	多層大廈 A building premises which has more than one storey. It is usually divided into flats and sold to different owners. Each owner is allotted a certain number of equal undivided shares of the land in accordance with the deed of mutual covenant. Each owner has the right of exclusive possession of his flat. The deed of mutual covenant governs the rights of the co-owners of the building amongst themselves. A right to such exclusive use (as an interest in land) can be created only as an incident to the ownership of an undivided share in the land: Lai Wing Ho & Anor v Chan Siu Fong [1993] 1 HKLR 319; Jumbo King Ltd v Faithful Properties Ltd & Ors [1999] 2 HKC 507. 樓層超過一層的樓宇處所。多層大廈通常劃分為多間公寓，並出售予不同業主。根據大廈公契，各個業主均獲分一定數量的土地同等不分割份數。各個業主均有權獨有管有其各自公寓。共同業主的權利受大廈公契所規限。該等（作為一項土地權益）完全獨佔使用的權利，僅可作為土地不分割份數所有權的附帶條件而設定：Lai Wing Ho & Anor v Chan Siu Fong [1993] 1 HKLR 319; Jumbo King Ltd v Faithful Properties Ltd & Ors [1999] 2 HKC 507。
