| 释义 | 公眾公司 A company which by its articles does not restrict the right to transfer its shares, and there is no limit to the number of its members, and does not prohibit any invitation to the public to subscribe for any shares or debentures of the company. A private company may become a public company by altering its articles and should within 14 days deliver to the Registrar of Companies for registration a prospectus or a statement in lieu of prospectus in the form and containing the particulars or reports specified: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 30.
