释义 | 窒息 To impede the respiration of another. It is an offence to, by any means whatsoever, attempt to choke, suffocate, or strangle any other person, with intent thereby to enable himself or any other person to commit, or with intent thereby to assist any other person in committing: Offences against the Person Ordinance (Cap 212) s 20. An accused will be charged of murder if the victim dies as a result of suffocation: HKSAR v Yeung Ka Yee [2003] 2 HKC 540. See also Asphyxiate. 阻礙他人呼吸。任何人意圖使自己或他人,或意圖協助他人以任何方式,企圖使他人哽嗆、窒息或企圖扼勒他人咽喉,即屬犯罪:《侵害人身罪條例》(第212章)第20條。如有關的受害者因窒息而死,則被告人會被控謀殺:HKSAR v Yeung Ka Yee(刑事上訴2001年第107號,未經彙報)。另見 Asphyxiate。v. |
