释义	以公允評論為答辯理由 A plea of fair comment; the averment that the facts are true merely lays the necessary basis for the defence of fair comment, and is quite different from the plea of justification, under which the defendant must prove the truth both of the facts and of any comments upon them: Sutherland v Stopes [1925] AC 47 (HL).
