释义	可撤銷的信貸 A documentary credit or standby letter of credit which may be amended or cancelled by the issuing bank at any moment and without prior notice to the beneficiary. An issuing bank is bound to reimburse a bank which, in reliance on the credit and prior to any notice of amendment of cancellation, has made any payment or has accepted or negotiated a draft in accordance with the terms of the credit.
