| 释义 | 親父鑑定令 An order requiring the father of a child, who is not married to the mother of that child, to make a contribution towards the maintenance of the child. Formerly, the application for such an order was made under the Affiliation Proceedings Ordinance which has now been repealed. Though no longer known as an affiliation order, an order granting financial provision for an illegitimate child could still be made upon an application under the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13) s 10: L v C [1994] 3 HKC 304 (HL).
