| 释义 | 認可財務機構 An authorised institution such as a bank, a restricted licence bank, or a deposit-taking company: Banking Ordinance (Cap 155) s 2. It includes any of its branches, any wholly owned subsidiary of such a bank and which is a bank, or the principal place of business in Hong Kong, and any local branch, of a restricted licence bank or a deposit-taking company: Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules (Cap 571N) s 2(1). A company which proposes to carry on a banking business, a business of taking deposits as a deposit-taking company, or a business of taking deposits as a restricted licence bank, shall apply to the Monetary Authority for authorisation to carry on that business: Banking Ordinance (Cap 155) s 15. 銀行、有限制牌照銀行或接受存款公司等認可機構：《銀行業條例》（第155章）第2條。認可財務機構包括上述銀行的任何分行，其任何全資附屬公司，但該公司必須是銀行，或有限制牌照銀行或接受存款公司在香港的主要營業地點及其本地分行：《證券及期貨（財政資源）規則》（第571N章）第2(1)條。任何公司擬經營銀行業務，作為接受存款公司經營接受存款業務，或作為有限制牌照銀行經營接受存款業務，須向金融管理專員申請認可以經營該業務：《銀行業條例》（第155章）第15條。 |
