释义 | 無償物業轉易 A conveyance of real property which contains no apparent consideration and no declaration to whose use has been made: Yue Shiu Ngam v Zen She Lin [1999] 1 HKC 823, [1999] 2 HKLRD 21. A voluntary conveyance made with intent to defraud a subsequent purchaser is voidable only at the instance of that purchaser: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 61(1). A conveyance voluntary in its inception may become valid by force of subsequent events: Greenwood v Lutman [1915] 1 IR 266. Also known as ‘voluntary settlement’.
