| 释义 | 猥褻暴露 Revealing a body to offend against community standards of decency. It is an offence for a person to indecently expose any part of his body in any public place or in view of the public without lawful authority: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 148(1). A child under the age of 12 does not commit indecent exposure by reason only of his bathing unclothed: s 148(2). The offence is one of strict liabilities in the sense that it is not necessary, or a charge to establish that the accused intended sexual gratification or to harass or upset anyone provided it is proved that the accused intended to expose himself: HKSAR v Ho Wing Cheong [1997] 3 HKC 754 (CFI).
