释义	無折減付款 The payment of the full price for something without reduction. Discounts are frequently allowed for prompt payment of accounts. Discounts may also be demanded by a purchaser of something where some risk attaches to the thing purchased, for example, a negotiable instrument which may be sold by the holder at a discount reflecting the risk that the instrument will not be met according to its terms. Any person who discounts an instrument, or to whom it is negotiated to be discounted, is a holder for value (ie, the full value of the bill), even though property in it does not pass until it is discounted: Dawson v Isle [1906] 1 Ch 633.
