释义	代筆者 In ordinary language, a ghost writer is a person who creates a literary or dramatic work for another person but it is that other person who is named as the author of the work. Copyright protects the person who creates the work as the author: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 11(1). However, unless there is any agreement to the contrary, where a work is made in the course of an employment or under a commission, the employer or the commissioner, as the case may be, is the first owner of the copyright in the work: ss 14, 15.
