释义	債務人的呈請 The procedure by which a debtor asks the court to grant a bankruptcy order against himself. In Hong Kong, a debtor can present a petition on his own motion for a bankruptcy order: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 3. The petition may only be made on the ground that the debtor is unable to pay his debts: s 10. The debtor’s petition must be in a specific form: Bankruptcy Rules (Cap 6A) r 50(1); Bankruptcy (Forms) Rules (Cap 6B) Form 3.
