释义	旅館 Premises other than a dwelling. The use of premises as a boarding house or lodging is a use other than as a dwelling: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) ss 51(2)(e), 115A(1)(e). The use of a building or portion of a building as a hotel or boarding house is considered non-domestic. A lodging or guest house is considered as a boarding house and is therefore non-domestic, Maidstone Investment Ltd v Chu Mei Kam [1985] 1 HKC 475 (DC). ‘Habitation’ in relation to the use of a building include the use of the building as a boarding house: Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123).
