| 释义 | 航程定期保單 A marine insurance policy that insures the subject-matter for both voyage and time in the same policy, ‘at and from’, or from one place to another or others, and for a definite period of time: Marine Insurance Ordinance (Cap 329) s 25; M Almojil Establishment v Malayan Motor and General Underwriters (Private) Ltd (The Al-Jubail IV) [1982] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 637 (CA). For instance, the insurance may be ‘at and from London to Cadiz for six months’, or ‘from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001, at and from Bristol to Marseilles etc’. Under such policy the underwriter is not liable for a loss that has not occurred within the insured period, nor is he liable for any loss unless the ship originally sailed on the voyage described in the policy and was at the time of the loss sailing on the prescribed course between the termini of the voyage: Maritime Insurance Co Ltd v Alianza Insurance Co of Santander [1907] 2 KB 660. Also known as ‘mixed policy’.
