| 释义 | 炸彈嚇詐行為 To place an article or substance in any place or to dispatch any article or substance by post, rail, sea, air or any other means of sending things from one place to another, with the intention of inducing some other person to believe that it is likely to explode or ignite and thereby cause personal injury or damage to property: Public Order Ordinance (Cap 245) s 28(1). It also means to communicate any information which the person knows or believes to be false to another person, with the intention of inducing him or any other person to believe that a bomb or other article, substance or thing liable to explode or ignite is present in any place or location: s 28(2). See also Bomb. 將任何物品或物體放置於任何地方；或藉郵遞、鐵路、海路、航空的方法，或藉任何其他將物件由一地送往另一地的方法，運送任何物品或物體，意圖誘使他人相信該物品或物體相當可能會爆炸或著火，並因而導致他人身體受傷或財產受損：《公安條例》（第 245章） 第28(1)條。亦指任何人將其明知或相信是虛假的消息向他人傳達，意圖誘使該人或任何其他人相信任何地方或地點放有炸彈或放有會爆炸或著火的物品、物體或物件：第28(2)條。另見Bomb。 |
