| 释义 | 債權證明 A written claim, by a creditor to the Official Receiver or, if a liquidator has been appointed, to the liquidator, in prescribed form containing details of a debt by a bankrupt or by a company in liquidation: Companies (Winding-up) Rules (Cap 32H) r 80. A proof of debt must give particulars of the debt, accord with the prescribed form, identify substantiating documents, and state whether or not the creditor is secured: Companies (Winding-up) Rules (Cap 32H) Appendix, Form 63A. A proof of debt may be made by the creditor himself or by a person authorised by or on behalf of the creditor and having knowledge of the facts: r 81.
