释义	臨時清盤人委任申請 An application made by a creditor, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), a contributory or a petitioner for the appointment of a provisional liquidator after the filing of a winding up application: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 193; Companies (Winding-up) Rules (Cap 32H) r 28. The application may be made on an ex parte basis or in the presence of the company. If the property of a company is in danger or if it is alleged that those in control are misappropriating or wasting its assets, or if any other good cause exists, a provisional liquidator may be appointed: Re Five Lakes Investment Co Ltd and Multiford Co Ltd [1985] HKLR 273 (HC).
