| 释义 | 項目經理 In building law, a party who performs the dual role of designer and construction manager. A project manager may be engaged where a multi-prime contract delivery system is adopted. When appointed by employers, project managers fulfil a co-ordinating role which will depend upon the terms of their appointment. For example, they co-ordinate action between architects, engineers and supervisors. They should be distinguished from project managers employed by contractors to manage building contracts formerly and traditionally known as ‘agents’ or ‘foremen’: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 3, Building and Construction [65.003].
