释义	申訴人 A person who makes a declaration or statutory declaration. A person stating his own opinion, intention or experience is said to be ‘declaring’ such opinion, intention or experience. A person declares their interest when the person states what that interest is: Imperial Mercantile Credit Assn (Liquidators) v Coleman (1871) LR 6 Ch 558, (1873) 6 LR HL 189.
