释义	相聯公司／有聯繫公司 A body corporate linked with another body corporate in terms of control of operations. For example, one company may be associated with another if certain types of agreements exist between the two bodies or if the companies are acting in concert. More generally companies may be considered to be associated when one company holds 20% or more of the equity voting rights of the other company.
