| 释义 | 訟費評定 The rules upon which legal costs are assessed either between parties to an action as maybe ordered or directed by the court; or between solicitors and own client; or where a party was involved in legal proceedings in his or her capacity as a trustee or the administrator or executor of the estate of the deceased and the costs of that party are to be paid out of the trust fund or the estate of the deceased.
