释义	密探 A person employed by the police or other law enforcement authority, who actively entices, encourages or persuades another to commit a crime which he or she would not otherwise have committed: R v Mealey, R v Sheridan [1974] 60 Cr App Rep 59 (CA). A crime if procured by an agent provocateur may serve as a mitigating factor for the offender.
