释义 | 雙方有責 A principle, established under the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law Respecting: (1) Collisions Between Vessels; and (2) Assistance and Salvage at Sea 1910, that if two ships collide, both are to blame for damage to their respective cargoes to the extent that each is to blame for the accident. A ship that has not contributed by any fault to such loss or damage is not liable.
