| 释义 | 可作出同意的年齡 1. The age at which persons may marry without parental approval. In Hong Kong, the age is 21 years: Marriage Ordinance (Cap 181) s 14. 2. The age at which a person may lawfully consent to having sexual intercourse or buggery. In Hong Kong, the age is 21 years for homosexual and heterosexual buggery: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) ss 118C, 118D; and 16 years for heterosexual intercourse. It is a criminal offence to have sexual intercourse with a girl who has not attended the age of consent even with the consent of such a girl.
