释义	固定押記 A specific charge or claim over an asset of a company granted by a company to a lender. It is a particular form of security involving specific pieces of property. If the debtor fails to meet the loan obligations, the creditor has the right to receive repayment of the loan out of the sale of the specific asset. A floating charge becomes a fixed charge upon crystallisation: Land Registration Ordinance (Cap 128) s 2A.
