释义	完全喪失工作能力／完全喪失行為能力 In relation to an injured worker, such incapacity whether of a temporary or permanent nature as incapacitates an employee for any employment which he was capable of undertaking at the time of the accident resulting in such incapacity: Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (Cap 282) s 3(1). An incapacity to the degree of 100% as determined in accordance with the Fourth Schedule to the Pneumoconiosis (Compensation) Ordinance: Pneumoconiosis (Compensation) Ordinance (Cap 360) s 2(1).
