A corporation or an association of persons formed for the purpose of affording its members facilities for social intercourse or recreation and which provides services for its members (whether or not for the purposes of gain); and has club premises of which its members have a right of exclusive use: Business Registration Ordinance (Cap 310) s 2(1); Clubs (Safety of Premises) Ordinance (Cap 376) s 2. 2. An association, whether incorporated or unincorporated, of not less than 30 persons associated together for social, literary, cultural, political, sporting, athletic or other lawful purposes that provides and maintains its facilities, in whole or in part, from the funds of the association; and sells or supplies liquor for consumption on its premises: Sex Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 480) s 2(1); Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 487) s 2(1); Family Status Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 527) s 2(1).
