释义	法律程序的移交 The removal of proceedings from one court to another. For example, where an indictment is preferred against an accused person and before he is arraigned, the Secretary for Justice may apply to the court for an order that the proceedings against the accused person be transferred before a magistrate to be dealt with summarily or to be transferred to the District Court. Such an application shall be made to a judge by way of motion, notice of which shall be supported by an affidavit showing the grounds on which the application is made: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 65F. 將法律程序從某法院轉移至另一法院。例如凡有公訴書針對某被控人提出，在該被控人被公訴提控前，律政司司長可向法院申請一項將針對該被控人的法律程序移交裁判官席前循簡易程序處理或移交區域法院的命令。上述的申請須藉動議向法官提出，而動議的通知須附有列明申請理由的誓章作支持：《刑事訴訟程序條例》（第221章）第65F條。
