释义 | 過境 1. The fact of going across or through; the passage of something from a point of departure to a point of arrival; the transportation of goods or people from one place to another. 2. The right of free access and stopover in the territory of a foreign state by a carrier on a continuous journey. For example, ships of all states have the right of transit for the purpose of traversing the sea or travelling to or from internal waters: United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982 arts 17, 18.
