释义	作出警告的責任 1.A non-delegable duty owed by an employer to warn his employees of any special risks which are ordinarily incident to the work they have to perform: Mak Kwai Yin v USA Fur Processing Ltd [1994] 1 HKC 485, 2 HKLR 120 (HC), Haseldine v Daw & Sons Ltd [1941] 2 KB 343. 2. The legal obligation imposed on manufacturers and other suppliers of products by the law of negligence to take all reasonable steps to appraise intended users and consumers of products of risks or defects associated with the products, particularly risks that would not be known or obvious to such persons: Rivtow Marine Ltd v Washington Iron Works [1974] SCR 1189, 40 DLR (3d) 530.
