| 释义 | 通航水域 Water which is capable of use for the purposes of transportation and commerce. Navigability is a question of fact. The character of the waters will not be altered by temporary reduction of depth or suspension of navigability. The waters in a dry dock, with an opening to a river or sea etc, will be regarded as ‘navigable waters’: Rankin v De Coster [1975] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 84.
