释义	委員會 A group of persons appointed from a larger body to attend to special business or to manage the business of a club or organisation. It includes ‘the governing body of a registered society to whom the management of its affairs is entrusted’: Co-operative Societies Ordinance (Cap 33) s 2. For example, the Finance Committee of the Legislative Council was established under the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong SAR. Voluntary associations - The governing body of an association; the persons, however styled, having the management of the affairs of the association: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 9. The election or appointment of a committee of unincorporated association or incorporated association is a matter to be regulated by constitution of the association.
