違反保證條款
The non-fulfilment of the type of contractual term known as a warranty. A breach of a warranty usually allows the innocent party to sue for damages, but not avoid or enable the avoidance of the contract. See also Breach of contract; Seaworthiness; Warranty; Warranty of authority.
