| 释义 | 公民不服從的行為 Action on the part of citizens in protest against laws regarded by them as unjust. Examples may be refusing to pay taxes, or breaching regulations pertaining to public meetings or public processions. Questions about what (if any) civil disobedience is permissible are related to the jurisprudential debate over whether or not an unjust law is in fact a law and also whether a citizen’s obligation to obey the laws of his community is unqualified.
