| 释义 | 內戰 Armed conflict between members of the same state or political entity. Civil war can be carried on by regular or partisan forces. It usually takes the form of large scale conflict between organised forces within the boundaries of the state or between the ruling government and insurgents. In international law, civil war is recognised only if other states accord all parties to the dispute the status of belligerents.
