释义 | 證券期貨業 The securities and futures market and participants therein and any activities related to financial products that are carried on in such securities and futures market or by such participants: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) sch 1. The business of buying and selling shares and other instruments such as futures and options. It can also include related activities such as the provision of investment advice. In Hong Kong, members of the industry such as dealers (brokers) and advisers are required to be licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission.
