| 释义 | 代母安排 An arrangement by virtue of which a woman to whom it relates would be a surrogate mother were she to carry a child pursuant to the arrangement: Human Reproductive Technology Ordinance (Cap 561) s 2. Where the child has been carried by a woman other than the wife as the result of the placing in the woman of an embryo or sperm and eggs or her artificial insemination, and the gametes of the husband or the wife or both were used to bring about the creation of the embryo, unless the husband can show that he did not consent to the surrogacy, the child will be regarded as the child of the husband and the surrogate will be regarded as the mother: Parent and Child Ordinance (Cap 429) ss 9(1), s 10(2); Re W (Minors) (Surrogacy) [1991] FCR 419, 1 FLR 385.
