| 释义 | 測量圖 A plan of land drawn up by authorised land surveyors in a specified form in accordance with the Land Survey Ordinance (Cap 473). Any deed or other instrument in writing executed after the Land Survey Ordinance came into force which effects a division of land and which is registered with the Land Registry must be accompanied by a survey plan, which shows and delineates the parcels of land resulting from the division. Such certified plan is not required where the division has been effected by will or judgment of court, or where the plan has been prepared by the Government, the same need not be signed and certified by an authorised land surveyor: Land Survey Ordinance (Cap 473) s 30.
