一般承兌
An unqualified assent by a drawee to the order of the drawer: Bills of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 19(2). An acceptance to pay at a particular place is a general acceptance, unless it expressly states that the bill is to be paid there only and not elsewhere: s 19(3)(c).
