| 释义 | 住用租賃協議 An agreement under which a person grants to another person for value a right of occupation of residential premises for the purpose of use as a residence, whether or not there is exclusive occupation, whether the agreement is express or implied, and whether the agreement is oral, in writing, or both. It includes an agreement for a tenancy, sub-tenancy and a tenancy continued or granted in accordance with the provisions relating to new tenancies of domestic premises: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 115(1). If the tenancy agreement is in writing, any term in it that the premises will be used for specified purpose is prima facie evidence that the premises are being used for that purpose: s 115(1)(a).
