| 释义 | 有權上訴 An appeal which an appellant may pursue without the need to obtain the leave of the court determining the appeal. Examples of an appeal as of right in criminal law are an appeal against conviction involving a question of law or where the trial judge grants a certificate that the case is fit for appeal on a ground which involves a question of fact, or a question of mixed law and fact, an appeal lies under this section without the leave of the Court of Appeal: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 82(2).
