| 释义 | 一夫一妻制 The voluntary union for life of one man with one woman to the exclusion of all others. The state of monogamy exists when the matrimonial law of a country permits a man to have only one wife, for such time as the contract of marriage between the husband and wife continues to be legally valid. Hong Kong has, since 7 October 1971, been practicing monogamy: Marriage Reform Ordinance (Cap 178) s 4. Monogamy is contrasted with bigamy or polygamy. Also known as ‘monogamous marriage’. See also Bigamy. 一男一女自願終身結合，不容他人介入。於國家婚姻法准許男人僅能娶一位妻子時，及於夫妻間婚姻繼續合法有效期間，一夫一妻制存在。香港自1971年10月7日起開始實施一夫一妻制至今：《婚姻制度改革條例》（第178章）第4條。一夫一妻制乃相對於重婚或多配偶制而言。另作「一夫一妻制婚姻」。另見 Bigamy。 n. |
