| 释义 | 售賣或退回 A contract for the sale of goods where the goods are delivered to the prospective buyer on the understanding they will be returned within a certain time if the recipient does not want to buy them. Property in the goods passes to the buyer when he or she signifies acceptance to the seller, does anything to adopt the transaction, treats the goods in a manner which is inconsistent with his or her option to return them, or keeps the goods without giving notice of rejection before the expiry of the time for their return or, where no time limit is fixed, retains the goods beyond a reasonable time: Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 37. See also On approval; Sale of goods. 貨品售賣合約，合約的條件為交付準買方的貨品在收貨人不欲購買時於某特定時間內被退回。而該貨品的產權會於下述情況轉移，即買方向賣方表示同意或接受、買方作出任何其他接納該宗交易的作為時、買方以與退回選擇不符的方式對待貨品、買方不給予拒絕收貨通知而保留該貨品至定出退回貨品的期限後，或如沒有定出期限者，買方在超過合理的時間內保留該貨品：《貨品售賣條例》（第26章）第20條。另見 On approval; Sale of goods。 |
