释义	訊問債務人 Judgment debtors may be orally examined by judgment creditor on question whether any and, if so, what debts are owing to the judgment debtor, and whether the judgment debtor has any, and if so, what other property or means of satisfying the judgment or order: The Rules of High Court (Cap 4A) O 48 r 1; Hau Chiao Co Ltd v Chan Ming [2001] 2 HKLRD E1. Judgment debtor must at his examination make full disclosure of all his income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and of the disposal of those income or assets. In bankruptcy proceedings, where a bankruptcy order has been made, the Official Receiver may apply to the court of the public examination of the bankrupt: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 19; Re Paget, ex parte Official Receiver [1927] All ER Rep 465.
